Lovely food her. A small choice of drinks, always seems like a skeleton crew on service. A nice warm friendly place to visit anytime of day. Always clean and tidy.
Service very slow waited a long time b4 being served food. Poor lady on bar seemed to be the only member of staff being responsible for the whole place definitely not enough staff for those eating and drinking this lunch time. Cambert bake stone cold in centre after waiting an hour! Had to ask for it to be redone. Others then finished their food by the time this was then served
We just went in for a quick bit of lunch, ordered from the bar and consumed it tucked away in a nice little dining room. Food was pretty good and the bar staff were helpful and attentive. I'll probably go again.
Hotel was nice and cosy, the staff were polite and helpful. Had breakfast and juice which were really nice. Only reason I gave it a 4 star as we had to go up and down on the narrow bit of stairs with a pushchair which was dangerous. It won't put us of though to stay again in the future without the children.
We go to the Bell Hotel quite often. We always find the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts will set you up for the day. The rooms are basic but comfortable, only down side is there are no ground floor rooms for disabled guests. The prices the Bell offers are most reasonable. Though it is a little difficult for my Husband who is disabled we love staying there
