I didnt receive good customer service. I was told to show up at a certain time so I did, when I got there however they told me to wait an hour or come back again later.
Tried to book an appointment for my daughter but I'm guessing they are better at doing nails than they are at understanding English. Found the staff very rude.
*They take walk- ins!*Got a gel pedicure and was pleased with the results. (40) I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. Will return because I detest making appointments 2 weeks out at other places. I gave 4 stars because of the price. Does anyone know the hours on Sunday? Also, they are CASH ONLY.
Just before Christmas I mad an appointment to have Infills and one repaire needing a tip and to cut down my own nails.I waited an hour before I was seen and was told I had to soak all my nails.I did so and hecut my nails so short I just thought that's great because they always are reluctant to cut them shorter .He then started to add tips to the whole of my nails when I said no, he just replied yes yes!!!!I was horrified I needed to sit there and let him carry on as I wanted nice nails for Christmas!I was so angry I won't ever be using Hollywood nails again, the language barrier paid a great part in my disappointment.Be careful what you ask for because what you end up with will be another thing!!!
