I purchased a Kia Sorento from EMG Thetford, late 2018 I received excellent service, the car I wanted was not available locally but they located one in Ipswich and Eric kindly went there and picked it up for me. All paperwork was handled professionally and very good communication between Eric and myself. Good selection of vehicles on the forecourt a clean and efficient business, Highly recommended.
Ridiculous, van went in for an MOT in tip top shape. Just had a lot of work done to it, new headlights put in. All new bulbs put in the headlights, to which on collection came to find one of the side lights had been taken out, couldnt even have fallen out of the holder as it wasnt stuck in the headlight. Then the what I presume manager was so argumentative and belittling it was embarrassing. Then another one of the staff members also piped up with some quippy comment about people like you. Honestly disgusted.

I have always found that the car servicing/repair staff at EMG very friendly and extremely helpful.They do not only do Kia motor cars but other cars too.They will always try to accommodate your needs while they are working on your car.They are conveniently located near the A11 so access is no problem.Always ample customer parking on site.If this review was in any way helpful please press the like button.
I always find the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They usually go out of their way to assist and/or accommodate you. The prices are quite reasonable for servicing and whilst they don't commit to timings, are usually completed quickly. The customer lounge is basic but has the usual hot drinks and free WiFi which I would say are sufficient for shorter visits.
