Great service from a nice guy.
Booked my car in directly with Clive after a recommendation from some who had done a lot of work on it but no time to finish it and he had spoken to Clive about what was needed clutch brakes etc and money is not an issue as spent thousands already and upfront! so i dropped it off a day early so he could source the parts 10 days later he hadn't started any work on it and then said he wasn't able to do it as only one guy! Said if its been sat for 4 months whats a bit longer Even though i had told him a deadline of the 17th which it was really needed for and at the time was easily possible to have it all done! So now I've had to re-book with somone else so it won't be done till next week when its too late. Very disappointed with the attitude and lack of customer service.This isn't the first time either as he had my van 2 years ago with an electrical fault which he had for 7 days before he bridged a link wire which i was told to remove over night so it didn't flatten the battery, after 4 days i asked when he could finish the work and he replied im really busy ill call you.... (never did call me) so i fitted a switch in the cab and after a week i took it to Brandon auto electrical and within 2 hours it was fixed! I found him rude and useless on 2 occasions!
Clive was brill, we called one afternoon while on holiday in the area as our car was making a horrendous noise. He was able to fit us in later that afternoon and immediately knew we had a stone from a newly resurfaced road stuck in our brake. He had us back on the road free of grating noises in just a few minutes and at a rate that couldn't have been beaten. Thanks Clive!!
Clive is fantastic highly recommend Called him on Monday as I found out I needed my cambelt doing(and overdue), he booked me in for Friday, he could tell over the phone how nervous and worried I was.Left the car with him on the Friday and he worked on it until late until it was finished. I cannot thank Clive enough and I am forever gratefulThank you so much Clive, top bloke:)
Clive is a top man. Looked after my Saab and had the wheels balanced in no time. Genuine and honest.
