Terrible and unprofessional customer experience and service. Furniture arrived 3 weeks late at 7pm at night. tried to pay on my card as cash on delivery but because their office was now closed, they wouldnt accept a card payment.... i was told they accepted card payments when I ordered the items . Their problem since they delivered so late in the day. I was expected to come up with just over 600 in cash. No compromise , no alternative arrangement and an extremely rude support person on the other end of the phone.. So they took the items back. Will never deal with them again. So many other suppliers out there , shouldnt have to deal with companies like this.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Says within 4 weeks delivery, DONT BELIEVE THESE LIARS!!!! Wasted OVER 10 WEEKS for it and at the end had to cancel the order as it can't be delivered before Christmas. First of all they don't even have the stuff you order in stock. Then they tell you it's coming from abroad. Then they say it's still not here so they give you an alternative choice.. cheaper wardrobe is the only choice, not even the price u paid for. Every time you phone Dako and ask for manager, the staff say the manager do not wish to speak.. like what the hell??? Are they running a business or a playground? It's not even a UK company it's a polish company and all there stuff comes from Poland. And staff do not seemed to bothered. With companies like this it's always a hit or a miss. Your either lucky to get it or just another customer like me who's Xmas will be ruined because of them. shame on Dako!
poor customer service/poor delivery (or not in this case)they use cowboy delivery company who they will only send on the cheapest!!!! can never accommodate a delivery to suit so you need to be in 7 days a week! when you call to sort it out they are blunt a rude!! living only 1 1/2 hour way they cannot sort a simple delivery out! I gave 2 weeks notices on a suit able delivery date. no reply email had to call and they tell me something I paid 320 for they don't know when they can delivery it!! what a load of cowboys!!! order cancelled !
One person tells you one thing and another tells you something completely different! Never have any stock and then have to wait over 12 weeks for what you want!!! Deko is a waste of time!
Outstanding services ordered two wardrobes. They delivered on the day which was suitable for us. Furniture is very good quality will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends .
