Ms Victoria Josif (Partner) was investigated; and found wanting, by the Legal Ombudsman following my complaint for 1. Disclosure of confidential information to a colleague. 2. Providing a client with inaccurate information on three occasions. 3. Failure to progress a request in a timely manner. 4. Poor communications. For these failing the Legal Ombudsman recommended the firm pay compensation. The recommended compensation was increased for failing to respond to the complaint made on 29 Mar 18. A response to my complaint was received from Stephen McGrath (Partner) on 19 Sep 18, but only after a letter was sent to the firm on 14 Sep 18 by the Legal Ombudsman asking why they had not responded. I would not recommend the services of Rudlings Wakelam, especially as the three people involved in the complaint were the three partners!
Our recent house move was handled professionly and thoroughly . Cherrelle was particularly helpful in answering queries and the receptionist on the front desk was very personable and helpful . We would definitely use Rudlings again.
