Could not praise Thetford pets at home more. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I'm currently training my kitten to be a therapy cat and we visit the store once or twice a week as part of his training. He absolutely loves going to his shop.
My Favorite pet store so far in the UK. They have almost everything I need in store and the things they don't carry they can order for me to be delivered to my home. So far everything I've ordered has arrived the next day. I love that I can order my pets prescription science diet food! And the coupons are great.
Staff very kind and helpful. Range of products is very comprehensive. I was mostly shopping for dog food and apparel. Their Step up to Naturals range of food is very good quality at a fantastic price and even though I feed my dogs on raw, I would still recommend this range of tinned and kibble as being good. The ingredient list reads well with nothing that looks like unnecessary fillers. Before I transitioned my rescue puppy to raw, I fed him this range of food and for the current majority of people who prefer the convenience of shop bought dog food, in my opinion, this is a good every day food that won't break the bank. Shop is bright and cool - felt air conditioned at a time when outside temperatures were 27C plus, so very welcome!!
