my mum called up on Thursday about some of her medicine and was told it would be with her by the next day. To then get a call on the SUNDAY and be told we wont be getting the medicine till the Tuesday!! This medicine is VERY VERY important. Disgusted.
Went in this morning to get a prescription I ordered last week - no sign of it. Pharmacist could see I was a bit distressed about it. I got a phone call at 16.00 to say he had just seen it come in and wanted to let me know. Fantastic service - THANK YOU
