Good carpets but fitting dates were no so great
Great service from the Thetford branch, very happy with the work carried out in my home
6.30 at night been waiting all afternoon still no cushion floor. Fridge freezer and washing machine and cooker in other rooms. 3 phone calls his on his way. Ain't happy. Good job my landlord is paying for it. Absolutely useless arrived took all of 20 minutes to do floor. Crazy.
Only one member of staff serving, he was busy doing a credit check with a couple, which is fine that can't be helped sometimes, but at least acknowledge people, and if they are clearly waiting for you tell them you won't be long or apologise for the wait, don't just let them walk out after waiting 15mins for service, we even went into another shop for a bit came back and waited another 10mins or so and still he ignored us. So no sale there.
