Having had several horrendous experiences with ordering tickets for long journeys online and by phone decided to visit an actual ticket office to speak to someone face to face. Not only did Leander ( the man at the ticket office) save me a fortune on online price he was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He gave 5 star service and restored my faith in The Railways. There should be more customer service staff like this man give him a pay rise !!!!!

It was ok but I had to wipe the toilet seat in the toilets. The train was on time though.
