Good experience with my MOT and service. However I waited 8 hours for a call to collect my car because someone failed to ring me to say it was ready. When I called after 3 hours they were waiting for my authorisation to do some work even though I had not been contacted. I then had to wait another 5 hours for the eork to be completed. I was not offered any compensation for an 8 hour wait for some thong that should have taken 2-4 hours.
Took car in for recall
Tried charging me for a new turbo went to busseys in Norwich they repaired it with a 30 pound part ames in thetford was going to charge me 1500 pounds not very professional
