So,a little late,but I honestly forgot to rate these guys.I've rented a van a year ago (Feb 2018) for our move to Scotland and I was very suspicious about it,after reading other ratings and this was my first anyways.So,to make it short: awesome! picked up the van,and yes,there was a small dent in the backdoor from a previous rental session,and yes,I at first didn't belief that "this is OK because it's smaller than" and expected to be billed for it,after returning the van...I wasn't.They didn't even check,if the add-blue was topped up (which I did anyways)....I can absolutely recommend these guys and would use them again!
Collecting a car after mine broke down, I was shocked to be told that any one piece of damage larger than the plastic measure used by the company is charged at 500... Unless you pay them 13per day insurance. So my 'free' car, covered for three days by AA, has cost a further 39. I've seen several concerns about Enterprise's modus operandi mentioned on the internet. I won't use them again or recommend them
This location just off the A11 is well located if you have some distance to travel and checking in and out is quick. My only complaint is that the last van I hired had the aerial snapped off, so I had a quiet couple of hours of driving.
Rented a C-class online, was upgraded to an E-class (E220D), perfect hire car withzero issues over 2 weeks / 1000+ miles. The ladies at Enterprise Thetford were extremely quick & efficient, very cheerful, and definitely an asset to the company. Def a repeat customer, mainly thanks to the attitude of the Thetford staff.
Hired a car on the day as my car was due for a recall.I was told I did not pass there background check and could not rent on the day because of this.This is all with the fact that I have an account with enterprise and have used them regualarly for the last 2 years.Good job
