Disappointed charged for a days hire, instead of a late fee. First and last time I will be using Hertz.
BMR in Thetford are rubbish, they are totally not interested in renting vehicles. There was a small issue with my proofs and the literally told me to go somewhere else.I went to Hertz in Thetford amazing, not just amazing it was 50% cheaper. Absolutely no issue with proofs.BMR wanted 75.00 per day for a old 62 plate beaten up old van.Hertz had 75.00 for two days hire in an 18 plate long wheel base high roof van.I had rented a vehicle before from BMR and they are rubbish, I know where I am going next time.Hertz had a lovely lady at the desk, BMR had a grumpy bloke that could not care less.Hertz also do half day rental, really good company.Really very impressed.

They hold lot's of different events such as car boot sales. Groups alsorts to feel your mind and your day. Its got a big cafeteria area and the people are friendly and the staff are nice to.
