Appointment 4.20pm seen at 4.35pm - I dont know why if the dentist is running late patients arent sent a text or phone call as most live in or around the practice so could easily delay their set off from home. That said I find Samil Patel an excellent dentist once you get in to see him

I came in for a check-up. The receptionists were busy but friendly. The dentist and her assistant were friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait too long and as I had no treatment, it was a pain-free visit!The only reason that I gave four stars instead of five is that the toilet seat was broken and I nearly fell on the floor when I sat on it! I told the receptionist, so hopefully it can be replaced.

The first time in 59 Years I can honestly say I was so impressed with a dentist. Coming from the generation of school dentists who seemed to enjoy dishing out fillings to school children and very little pain relief I was not looking forward to this trip needing one extraction and three root removals. It went so smooth and painless my regards to all the team. First Rate my young dentist was a star.
