Total joke. Be warned, you Could have a leg missing and they would still offer 2 paracetamol, and send you on your way. I'll have to look forward to a stay in hospital instead I guess.
After explaining to the receptionists my injury, without being seen by any nurse or doctor, they immediately told me that I needed to go somewhere else, I don't remember were, because they don't do stitches. Since they are obviously not specialists I did ask to be seen by one, apparently and by the attitude they didn't like my request. After being checked by the nurse, very professional, she saw that no stitches were needed after all. Although the receptionists wrong evaluation of the situation I did appreciate the brief availability to manage my file transfer.
Phoned to see a Doctor today ,Receptionist was very helpful and nice as always (never have a problem).she got me a phone call with Dr Webb within 10 minutes i had the phone call and got a appointment to see Dr Webb within 25 mins .he very thorough, my heart rate was very high since the day before then sent me for a ecg with Linda the nurse who was also wonderful... Really Appreciated you getting me in today and I'm feeling a bit better than i did .Thank you Dr Webb , nurse Linda and i think the receptionist was beth .
I can't express how wonderful Linda the nurse was today. She did my cervical smear and I'm possibly the worst patient ever but she made me feel so at ease and she was speaking with me and reassuring me throughout it. What a wonderful delightful lady. She's a credit to the surgery.
This one star is down to my last visit, all Doctors are responsible for there actions and professionalism and individual understanding of the patient which seemed to be missing from my last visit. I now have to wait 3 weeks for my next appointment to see Dr Edwards as nothing was resolved from my last appointment with the other Dr, who is the so called heart specialist. I was calm throughout my appointment with him and even when I received a out of the blue phone call which had no relevance to my condition. All I can I say is the Doctors are playing games with people's life's all based upon there budgets.
