Haart in Thetford dealt with the sale of my parents house with efficiently and care. I didn't live locally and they handled everything, from obtaining reputable movers, cleaners, locksmiths and plumbers so that I didn't have to worry in phoning around trying to find reliable contractors. They were sensitive to the fact that this house sale was due to bereavement and helped in anyway that they could. My only criticism was the many automated letters that arrived for each offer/update to the sale. Quite a waste of paper, email or one letter would have been better. Stuart and Dan were personable, not pushy, not fake, just genuine guys.
Nadine was brilliant. She was sorting out the house we were buying and even though she was not really our estate agent she was great. Communication was so consistant and she would often find out more information and relay that to us than our own estate agents and our solicitors combined!!
