Appalling customer servcie!!!!Extremely slow, unreliable and have frequently not replied to our emails.If I was letting / selling a property through this company, I would be appalled how little effort theyre making.
Well after dealing with other estate agents...I found these the most reliable and honest....all reference fees are cheaper than most and refundable, if you don't get your property. also found staff very friendly and happy to help..
Currently rent a flat via Hudsons which is a a welcomer to mould. 600 rent for all our belongings to go mouldy. Clothes, toys, teddys and furniture. Absolutely awful service when contacting about this and nothing done apart from cleaning the windows with god knows what as the man had some random liquid in a plastic millk bottle(also stood on my daughters toy boxes instead of moving anything) I wouldnt even bother telling anyone to rent through Hudsons.
Wasn't pleased with how they spoke to me on the phone. The women was extremely rude, just put me through to a different number without telling me when i was still talking to her. And that's not how you speak or deal to customers. Obviously need to learn some people skills!!!
