We had to wait for our table what was booked, so had to sit on 2 chairs, which was near the carvery where people were going out comeing in tie que was going out the same door our feet were trodden on, it was an awful bottle neck there, got taken to our table after 10mins, and we were frozen, told the waitress she said the air condition was on which also have us a cold dinner, very very disappointed, the whole thing is not so homely as it was, it is like a cafe, that was our first exsperiance and last of the new layout, for what we payed for and put up with, was appalling,
