Great place for a picnic and a game og rounders. Great history of castle hill and the area on an infomation board. Great way to get fit, having a jog around the park and up the hill. Great scenery. The children really enjoyed the play area, it gave us time to sit and chill too while they played. Quite clean and tidy, can get really busy in the hot weather.

Love this place. Clean and tidy when the teenagers and drinkers are not down there. Great little park for all ages. Fab place for picnic and games. Great history explained and posted at the actual castle hill site. You can also climb the amazing hill and take some great landscape pictures. Toilets are a bit grubby.
My kids love this park. Lots of different toys to play on for different age groups. My kids are always worn out after a couple hours. We love hiking up the castle hill. Playing on the dunes. Playing in the large fields. It's a fun time!
My children love to go here. Children's play area with good equipment for young and older kids. But the best bit is running up and down the castle mount which is really high, and around the surrounding defences. Be warned, no toilets or caf.
