Once again the Premier Inn staff have surprised me. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Great breakfast and excellent value for money.
Women at reception could do with cracking a smile.. Seemed a little fed up.. Apart from that the family room was great and really clean and spacious.

My wife and I recently stayed for four nights Monday to Friday. There was no problem with the room, it was very clean and tidy. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, even the chambermaids. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon who went out of his way to make our dining as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We would definitely return for another stay.
