Excellent customer service from the whole team. From room keeping to management. Free parking and a nice little park for a nice dog walk just right in front of the hotel. Tips! If the free parking is full, just park where the staff parks, on the backside of the hotel. You can see the parking from the reception window.

Good comfortable stay, the parking can be a bit interesting at times especially if activities have been organised out the front. We really enjoyed our time in Thetford and would recommend it as a nice, pleasant and friendly place to visit.
Lovely place to stay , great staff just a shame you can't say that for Thetford .
Good location and very clean. The water was hot and the shower was a great way to wake up. Parking is in a free public car park, so can be difficult at times. It was just a 10 minute walk to Wetherspoons and a five minute to Greggs, so breakfast was well catered for. The room was lovely and clean as was the whole hotel. Highly recommended.
